Returns and Replacements

 

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are not able to be returned and we do not accept returns on any swimwear (excluding Rashies) for sanitary reasons, unless deemed faulty. 

How to Return:

For change of mind:

Email us at sales@offshoresurfmitcham.com.au to confirm details of the return.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, all purchases must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any product being returned for change of mind must be:

  1. In its original condition
  2. Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
  3. Tags still attached

 

Our team will inspect the return before we issue a refund, and we reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions. This will then be returned to you, at your own expense.

 

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any orders. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, therefore, we recommend sending via trackable method. Offshore Surf does not accept any responsibility for packages that do not arrive safely to us.

Processing Time:

We process all of our returns within 2 days of receiving your items, and will then send you an email with the details of your completed return.

 

For faulty products...

If your order arrives faulty or damaged contact us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation ASAP. If a fault appears in your product through normal wear send your faulty item back following the above process, we may also ask you to provide us with photos of the item and fault to assist in the return. Once our warehouse receives the goods our returns team will inspect them. We aim to process the return as quickly as we can, however some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you in the loop. This can take a couple of weeks. If the product is deemed faulty we will gladly reimburse the return shipping up to $10.00 provided you include the postage receipt with the product. Our returns team may conclude that the damage is due to normal wear and tear, unfortunately in this instance we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The item will be returned to you at your expense. Our team will keep you informed during this process.
